We have exciting news to share, corgi fans – there’s a celebrity among us!! Coming to SECR straight from Hollywood, put your paws together for the one, the only, Sir Ted Mosby!!

Mosby is a distinguished, 15-year-old gentlemen that comes to SECR ready for his next starring role in our new series, “How I met your Corgi.” He has a lot to do before the season, premiere, though, namely getting caught up on routine and specialty vet care. He just had his first appointment with our vet this week and got the full celebrity treatment – a routine checkup, bloodwork, a urinalysis and vaccines, and pampering spa treatments to get his nails in shape and his coat sparkly and clean. Mosby is mildly anemic and has elevated protein in his urine – common issues for seniors that we’ll be monitoring – and is currently taking antibiotics for a bacterial skin infection on a neck mass that will be removed in the coming weeks. Mosby will get a dental at the same time to make sure he shows up on the red carpet with pearly whites!

Mosby is currently settling in to a temporary foster home and is bonding well with his foster parents and canine foster siblings, but he’ll be ready to take his show on the road after his upcoming surgery and dental procedure and move in with a new forever foster family.
