Female ~ 8 yrs old ~ Adopted ~ Foster fail
Mia’s owner became one of the sandwich generation, struggling to care for an aging parent and an equally loved granddaughter. She contacted us to find a home which would be able to provide for this sweet girl. Mia has been in a caring home and is a total love bug. Even in a new situation, and feeling slightly nervous, she was all about giving licks and kisses. Mia is receiving a full veterinary checkup but at this point we don’t know of any issues other than needed weight loss. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that tests comes back as HW negative. This pretty red and white girl, who has a lot of sable around the head and shoulders, weighs in at 30 lbs so will need to take some of that off. Good with other dogs, Mia will be in foster till we learn her personality and make sure she’s completely healthy and ready to move on to a new home.
