8 year old ~ Female ~ Bonded pair ~ Adopted
Update: 9/22/19: Anna and Molly are doing great. Plenty of walks and they both walk well. Anna also loves car rides. No food or toy issues that we’ve seen. They don’t know basic commands so we’ll be starting those. They both got first baths today and were wonderfully patient. Here’s a picture of happy Molly. We’re starting both on a weight management food tonight and both are on a low dose glucosamine for all that weight those joints are bearing. All is good.
Update 9/19/19: These two sable lovelies were rescued from a shelter where they were placed after their owner had to move into long term medical care. They are being fostered together and will, eventually, be adopted together. Right now, they are decompressing in their new foster home and a vet visit will be in their near future!
Meet Molly and Anna: These two sweet girls ended up at a crowded shelter last evening because their owner was hospitalized long term and unable to care for them any longer. The shelter reached out for help and we responded. Our volunteers jumped into action and the girls are now on their way to their foster home. They are friendly and healthy, and had clearly been loved pets and received good care in the past. We will post more as we learn more about them. Welcome to SECR Molly and Anna!
