Sheridan

Male ~ 1 year old ~ Adopted

UPDATE JULY 3, 2020

Sheridan came to SECR back in November as part of our Operation Corgi Drop rescue effort, and like many other mill rescues he came to us with a lot of anxiety issues. It’s taken this boy a long time to learn to trust, but with the love and patience of his foster Mom and his siblings – Buddy (who has quite literally become Sheridan’s buddy) and SECR forever foster Shelby – he finally rounded the corner and found his comfort zone.

Lucky for Sheridan, his comfort zone is right where he is now – it’s official that he’s joined his foster family as a permanent addition!

Congratulations, Sheridan! We’re so excited your family is the perfect match for you, and look forward to years of happy updates with your cute head tilts and floofy butt wiggles. We love you!

UPDATE MARCH 4, 2020

Corgis are very smart dogs – they know that once they move in they’ll have their humans wrapped around their paws in a matter of seconds! BUT, they also want treats – lots of them – so it helps to play the game and let the ‘ol parents THINK they’re in charge.

Just ask Sheridan – he knows how it’s done!!

EARLIER UPDATES

He has already learned several new things…steps…grass…roast chicken pieces…baths…lovings….more to come little guy! Sheridan is still scared and wants to be in the crate but each day there is improvement…🐾🐶🐾 We look forward to posting lots more photos and updates on him in the future!
