Rani

~1-year-old female, adopted by foster

Update September 23, 2021: Congratulations, Rani!

We can always count on Rani for a beautiful corgi smile, and today she has extra reason to smile big. She’s officially gone from foster to adoptee!

Rani came to SECR in June because she wasn’t doing well with her previous home’s resident cats. Since she joined us, her foster Mom has been working diligently with her on socialization and training, and together they’ve come so far. Rani has been focused on re-directing all her young corgi energy in a positive way, but at the same time she’s quickly managed to secure a permanent place in her Mom’s heart. She’s been adopted by her foster, and we couldn’t be happier for this pair.

Congratulations Rani and family. We’re so glad we could play a part in bringing you together!

June 28, 2021: Welcome Rani to SECR!

Please put your paws together for the newest member of the SECR family, Rani.Rani is just over a year old and comes to us as an owner surrender because she wasn’t doing well with her previous home’s resident cats. Young corgis have a lot of energy and need constant activity and stimulation to stay out of trouble. We are happy we’ll have the chance to work with Rani with her on training and to her re-direct all her energy in a more positive way so she can be the best corgi she can be.

Stay tuned for more information about Rani as we learn more about her.
