Jade

6 years old, adopted by fosters

February 6, 2022: Congratulations, Jade!

Good news coming at you from one of our gemstones… Jade has officially been upgraded from foster to adoptee!

This sweet girl joined the SECR family in August as one of seven puppy mill rescues from Operation Corgi Drop 2.0 and, like most mill Moms, came to us with a series of issues. She was overweight, in need of ra dental cleaning complete with extractions and the removal of hay that was lodged in her teeth, and long overdue for a spay. She also needed general love and patience as she settled into life as a family dog. This kind of transition requires dedication from a foster family because for every step forward there are often several steps back. And, when you have that dedication, it’s also common that a lot of bonding happens in the process. We are so happy to announce today that Jade is now exactly where she was meant to be and has officially been adopted by her foster family!

Congratulations, Jade and family, we wish you the best life together!

August 19, 2021: Welcome Jade to SECR!

Introducing another gem from Operation Corgi Drop 2.0, Jade!

Jade is 6 years old and a friendly girl who likes other pups and is proving to make fast friends with her corgi foster brother. Like the other gems in this group, Jade is overweight. Her fosters will be getting Jade on track with her diet and exercise and introduce her to potty and leash training. Jade also has a vet visit and a spay in her future. In the meantime, though, we’ll happy to see her get settled in to her new foster home, finding toys and a comfortable spot to lay her head.

Welcome to SECR, precious Jade!
