Arlo

~1 year old, corgi mix, adopted by foster

March 30, 2023: Congratulations, Arlo!

Double your adoptions, double your fun! Please join us in celebrating our second SECR adoptee of the day, Arlo!

Arlo came into rescue back in September after her original owner no longer had the physical ability to train and socialize a young dog. While decisions like this are always hard, we are happy that SECR had the opportunity to step in and give Arlo all the tools she needed to learn, thrive, and direct her energy in a positive way. She bonded with her foster Mom quickly, and the two of them agreed they should stick together forever. Arlo has officially been adopted by her foster and we are so lucky we could bring them together!

Congratulations, Arlo! May you and your family have may happy years, and thousands of bouncing tennis balls, together!

September 1, 2022: Welcome Arlo!

Please help us welcome our newest newbie, Arlo, to the SECR crew!

Arlo is a young mix that joins us as an owner surrender. Her Mom loved her very much and did the best she could with her but doesn’t have the physical ability to keep up with the training and socialization needs of a young, developing pup. She made the difficult decision to bring her to rescue so our fosters could give her the time and attention she needs and help her direct all her energy in a positive way.

We’re happy to have you (and your favorite tennis balls) with us, Arlo, and look forward to helping you thrive!
