Juliet

~1.5 years old, adopted by foster

October 25, 2023: Congratulations, Juliet!

We know a happy corg when we see one, and we’re pretty sure that’s Juliet every day, but especially today as we announce her official graduation from SECR foster to adoptee!

This sweet girl came into rescue in August, and quickly stole her foster family’s hearts. As a high energy girl she needed some behavioral direction – especially when it came to learning the ways of her new feline siblings – but she caught on quickly and found her forever home in the process. Juliet has been adopted by her fosters and we’re happy to report that she’ll be showering them with her quirky smiles for life!

Congratulations, Juliet!

August 1, 2023: Welcome Juliet!

We had a new arrival over the weekend! Say hello to Juliet.

Juliet is a young girl that was surrendered to us because her previous owners are experiencing health issues that make it difficult for them to devote time and resources to her care. We’re happy to have been able to step in to help in a time of need, and look forward to giving Juliet everything she needs to thrive.

We’ll be getting Juliet established with our vet and her foster family – including her corgi foster brother – will be working with her on socialization, training and getting used to sharing her space and resources with others. Like many young corgis, Juliet is a high energy girl and needs some help building confidence and directing all her energy in a positive direction.

Juliet is new to foster and not yet available for adoption, but if you want to help a dog in need like her, we need more fosters! Visit the foster page on this site for more information about the process and to submit an application. And, in the meantime, stay tuned for updates about Juliet!
