Congratulations Jet !!!

Met Jet! This adorably goofy boy, is 7 years old, with giant ears, short legs, and a strong belief that he should be wherever you are.

He came to rescue after his family needed to bring in a service dog for medical reasons. They tried for a long time to make it work, but it just wasn’t the right fit. Now Jet gets a fresh start.

Jet loves walks, squeaky toys, wrestling with dog friends, and settling right next to you on the couch. He’d truly love a furry companion in his next home. He’s good with cats (curious but easily redirected) and would do best with kids 8+ who understand dog boundaries.

He’s affectionate — just not into being picked up or hugged tightly. He prefers to lean into you and politely nudge your hand if you stop petting too soon. Personal space… but make it cuddly.

His “quirks”:

• He announces exciting events with enthusiastic corgi commentary.

• He pulls a little at the start of walks because outside is AMAZING. He settles quickly.

• He has surprising little gazelle hops.

Health-wise, Jet is doing great. He’s up to date, recently had a dental, and has mild arthritis that doesn’t slow him down at all. He takes glucosamine and lives his best active life.

Jet is loyal, funny, and happiest being near his people. If you’re looking for a steady, affectionate sidekick with big ears and personality, he’s your guy.
