Congratulations Wally !!!
Almost 5 years ago, we picked up Wally from his former owner in Alabama with the intention of fostering for Southeast Corgi Rescue.
After discovering he had two broken front wrists we committed to nurturing him through two wrist fusion surgeries and recovery.
It was quickly determined that he also had an ankle problem and needed weekly physical therapy.
5 years later, Wally has traveled between Roswell, Georgia and San Pedro, California by car, with his travel companion Sam, the cockatiel 13 times.
He was a silent, constant companion coming after my retirement and covid.
There are too many stories to share today, but we are at peace that he is finally able to rest and reunite with his constant companion Sam.
